Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged & your claim is made within 30 days of purchase.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

To return your product kindly contact us directly.

 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.

Shipping costs back to you for the replacement of a defective or damaged item will be covered by Khaki Carriers on all domestic Australian orders.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot control postage times and the return of your replacement item may vary.

 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so consider sending via registered post.

 

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you as to whether or not your claim has been approved or not.

Should your claim be approved, a replacement item will be sent to the original order address unless requested otherwise.

 

Should you request a refund on your faulty items, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less original shipping costs as these are not refundable.

 

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded or replaced.
